Participant Directed HPC

Aetna OhioRISE Respite

Short-term relief for caregivers while ensuring the youth remains safe and supported.

HPC Transportation

Transportation paired with caregiver-level support before, during, and after the outing.

DODD Services

DODD-funded supports tailored to the individual’s goals and delivered according to the ISP and waiver guidelines.
