Homemaker Personal Care Transportation

Homemaker Personal Care Transportation includes a ride and personal care support tied to the trip. Unlike non-medical transportation, which is mainly just getting someone from one place to another, HPC transportation is used when the person needs hands-on assistance, supervision, or support with routines and safety before, during, or after the outing. Services follow the ISP and waiver guidelines.
